Ciabatta Garlic Slices Mezze Platter

Ingredients
AGB Ciabatta Garlic Slices
½ cup olives
½ cup beetroot hommus
½ cup tabbouleh
1 cup feta, cubed
4 dolmades (stuffed vine leaves)
½ cup tzatziki
Handful pomegranate seeds
6 slices prosciutto
4 roasted baby carrots
1 Tbsp dukkah
6 lamb koftas
Method
Heat non-stick pan to med-high heat.
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
In pan fry off koftas and then chorizo until caramelised, then set aside.
Bake AGB Ciabatta Garlic Slices in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
Top tzatziki with pomegranate seeds and sprinkle dukkah over the carrots.
