10-12 marinated olives (a mix of green and black olives)

3-4 marinated artichokes, halved
8-10 grilled zucchini slices

Method
Slice the Speedibake Ciabatta Pide into wedges and arrange them on a platter.
Start assembling the Italian meats on the platter: Layer slices of prosciutto di Parma, arrange the salami slices next to the ham, then add the thinly sliced bresaola to complete the meat selection.
Place the fresh mozzarella balls on the platter alongside the meats. Stack the tomatoes, marinated olives, sliced roasted red peppers and artichokes around the platter.
