Maple Bacon and Egg Breakfast Burger on Milk Style Bun

Ingredients
1 Tip Top Milk Style Bun, toasted
2 rashers streaky bacon
1 fried egg
1 hash brown
1 leaf cos lettuce, sliced
2 slices tomato
1 tbsp tomato relish
1 tsp dairy-free butter or margarine
Method
Cook the Bacon and Egg: Pan-fry the bacon rashers over medium heat until crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, fry the egg to your preferred doneness (sunny side up is recommended).
Heat the Hash Brown: Bake or heat the hash brown in a hot oven for about 5 minutes, or until crispy.
Prepare the Bun: Lightly toast the Tip Top Milk Style Bun. Spread the bottom half with dairy-free butter.
Assemble the Burger: Spread the tomato relish on the bottom bun, then layer with the sliced lettuce, tomato slices, and the crispy hash brown. Top with the fried egg and crispy bacon rashers. Close with the toasted top bun and serve immediately.
