Maple, Bacon & Egg Crumpets

Ingredients

2 Golden Crumpet
2 rashers streaky bacon
1 egg
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs pepita pralines
1 tbsp shallots, sliced

Method

In a medium heat non-stick pan grill streaky bacon and fry the egg.
Toast crumpets then and butter generously.
Spread maple syrup on top of crumpet, add bacon then egg, sprinkle paprika, scatter pralines and shallots. Serve immediately.
