- 1 Traditional Sourdough Baguette
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion
- 2 cos leaves, chopped into chunks
- 3 slices brie
- 4 slices tomato
- 5 basil leaves
- 6 green olives, sliced
- Split the baguette longways and spread caramelised onion on one side.
- Top with chopped cos lettuce leaves, brie, tomato and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper and scatter olives to finish.
