Pilgrims Sandwich on Speedibake Turkish Oval Lunch Roll

Ingredients
- 1 Speedibake Turkish Oval Lunch Roll
- 3 tbsp tomato relish
- 150g sliced roast turkey
- 1 tsp roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 6-10 slices red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sliced black olives
- ½ cup diced pumpkin, maple roasted
- 50g sliced swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
Method
Preheat sandwich press
Split the lunch roll in half, on one half spread the tomato relish, then layer the roast turkey, red capsicum, red onion, black olives and pumpkin.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, season with salt and pepper and then add swiss cheese. Place the other half of the Turkish oval bread on top to create a sandwich.
Cook in the press until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
