Ingredients

  • 1 Speedibake Panini Lunch Roll
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 140g roast beef
  • ½ cup kraut, drained
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 sprig dill, leaves picked
  • 2 dill pickles, discs
  • ½ cup rocket
  • Sriracha
  • Wasabi Kewpie mayo

Method

  1. Spread butter on the inside of the panini and grill buttered side down, until golden toasted.

  2. Spread Wasabi mayo on the toasted panini base, add beef, kraut, dill, swiss cheese, rocket and pickles. Spread Sriracha on the inside of the lid and then add to the sandwich.
