Steak Sandwich with Bacon Jam on Tip Top Burger Thins

Ingredients
1 Tip Top Burger Thin
185g rib fillet minute steak
½ cup chimichurri
1 slice provolone
1 tbsp bacon jam
1 butter lettuce leaf
2 slices tomato
1 tsp pickled red onion slices
1 tbsp chipotle mayo
Method
Marinate the minute steak in the chimichurri for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a medium sized non-stick frying pan to medium high heat then add the steak and cook for 1 minute on each side, then remove the pan from heat.
Immediately, place the slice of provolone over the steak to soften and melt.
To assemble, first spread bacon jam on the base of the Tip Top Burger Thins, then add butter lettuce followed by the steak and cheese. Top with tomato and the pickled red onion.
Spread the chipotle mayo on the other piece of Tip Top Burger Thin then add to the top and serve immediately for best results.
