Caprese Sandwich on Speedibake Vietnamese Roll

Ingredients

1 Speedibake Vietnamese Roll
2–3 slices fresh mozzarella
3–4 tomato slices
A handful of fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze, to taste
A small splash of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Slice the Vietnamese Roll open and layer the fresh mozzarella slices at the base.
Add the tomato slices on top of the mozzarella, followed by the fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the tomatoes and basil, adding a small splash of olive oil.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Gently press the sandwich closed and serve fresh or lightly toasted.
