Ingredients

1 Speedibake® Panini Lunch Roll
140 grams smoked beef brisket
1 cup kraut, drained
2 slices provolone cheese
2 tbsp chipotle mayo
½ cup rocket
1 tbsp chimichurri sauce
1 tbsp butter

Method

Open halves of Panini, butter and toast butter side down.
Place brisket on a lined oven tray, top with cheese and grill until cheese has melted.
On Panini, spread mayo, top with brisket and cheese, add chimichurri, kraut then rocket. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
