- 1 Speedibake® Panini Lunch Roll
- 140 grams smoked beef brisket
- 1 cup kraut, drained
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp chipotle mayo
- ½ cup rocket
- 1 tbsp chimichurri sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- Open halves of Panini, butter and toast butter side down.
- Place brisket on a lined oven tray, top with cheese and grill until cheese has melted.
- On Panini, spread mayo, top with brisket and cheese, add chimichurri, kraut then rocket. Season with salt and pepper to serve.
