Butter one slice of Tip Top Multigrain and lay buttered side down on the jaffle maker. On top add tomato relish, ham, creamed corn and cheese. Butter one side of the other Tip Top slice and add to the sandwich with buttered side facing out.
Toast in the jaffle maker until golden and brown.
While the jaffle is toasting mix the side salad. In a bowl mix rocket, parmesan and walnuts with the salad dressing When the jaffle is cooked, remove and cut into triangle halves. Serve with the salad while the cheese is still gooey.
