Ultimate Avo and Hummus on Sourdough

Ingredients
2 slices Speedibake Sliced Sourdough Rye Cafe Loaf
2 tbsp salted butter
1 cup hummus
4 tomato halves, roasted
1 hass avocado, sliced to fan
8-12 Persian Feta cubes
½ cup dukkah
½ tsp sunflower seeds, toasted
¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
Sueeze of fresh lime
Method
Lightly toast the Sourdough, spread with butter, then hummus.
Top with tomato and fanned avocado.
Crumble feta over the top, sprinkle with dukkah, sunflower seeds and chilli flakes.
Season, then squeeze lime over the dish before serving.
