Aussie Pulled Pork Burger on Milk Bun

Ingredients
1 Tip Top Seeded Milk Bun
1 egg
90g pulled pork
2 slices swiss cheese
2 tomato slices
1 tbsp pineapple chutney
½ cup iceberg, shredded
2 slices beetroot
1 tbsp burger special sauce
Method
Preheat non-stick pan to medium heat.
Toast the insides of the Tip Top Seeded Milk Bun in the pan, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, fry the egg on one side and heat the pulled pork on the other.
Remove egg when whites have turned white and yolk is done how you prefer.
Add a slice of cheese on top of the pork while still in the pan, add the tomato slices, then top
with the egg. Cover with a lid until the cheese has softened.
To assemble the burger, spread pineapple chutney on the base of the bun, add the iceberg,
beetroot, then the pork stack.
Spread the burger sauce on the top of the bun and serve immediately for best results.
