Classic Spicy Nduja Toasty on Abbott's Gluten Free Soy & Linseed

Ingredients
2 slices Abbott’s Bakery Gluten Free Soy & Linseed
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp Kewpie Mayo
¼ cup ‘Nduja'
¼ cup smoked cheddar, grated
¼ cup mozzarella, grated
Method
Brush melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. On top of the butter spread kewpie mayo, ensuring you go all the way to the edges.
Flip the bread butter and mayo side down and spread ‘Nduja evenly on one slice.
Top with both cheeses.
Add the other slice of bread butter and mayo side out.
Grill sandwich over medium-high heat for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
