Muffuletta on Sourdough Mixed Grains

Ingredients
2 slices Speedibake Sliced Sourdough Mixed Grains Café Loaf
1-2 tsp green olive tapenade
2 slices mortadella
2 slices Jarlsberg
2 slices smoked ham
2 slices provolone
2 slices sopressa
2 slices fresh tomato
salt & pepper
½ cup roasted red capsicum, sliced
2 butter lettuce leaves
1 tbsp cream cheese
Method
To begin, evenly spread tapenade across one slice of sourdough.
Begin to add layers, first mortadella, then Jarslberg, ham, provolone, sopressa and the fresh sliced tomato.
Season with salt and pepper, add sliced red capsicum and then top with lettuce.
On the remaining slice spread cream cheese then add to the sandwich.
Cut in half and serve fresh
