Pesto and Parma Ham Margherita Melt

Ingredients
2 slices Speedibake Sliced Sourdough Cafe Loaf
2 tbsp basil pesto
4 slices tomato
4 slices bocconcini
8 basil leaves
4 slices parma ham
Method
Lightly toast sourdough then spread with pesto, add tomato and cheese.
Grill until bocconcini has softened (4-5 minutes).
To serve, top grilled sandwich with parma ham and torn basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
